Is there a dispensary in Davis, CA?
Yes. The Good People Farms is a licensed California cannabis retailer (C9-0000270-LIC) based in Davis. Cannabis reaches you by delivery, or by pickup at our partner store's storefront here in town — our own shop at 526 Third Street is the Hemp & CBD store, which is walk-in but does not sell cannabis. Davis delivery runs 30–60 min with a $25 minimum and a $4.99 fee.
Is there weed delivery near me?
We deliver to 45 zones across ten counties — Yolo, Solano, Sacramento, Placer, Napa, El Dorado, Sutter, Yuba, Colusa and San Joaquin. Delivery fees run $4.99 in Davis up to $24.99 for the upper Capay Valley run, and minimums rise with distance. Every zone's fee, minimum and typical delivery window is listed on the service areas page.
What time is the dispensary open?
Cannabis delivery runs Monday–Saturday 9:00 AM – 10:00 PM, Sunday 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM. Davis deliveries close at 9:00 PM. The Hemp & CBD store on Third Street keeps separate hours: Tuesday–Friday 11:30 AM – 8:30 PM, Saturday 10:00 AM – 8:30 PM, Sunday 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM, closed Monday.
Can I order online for delivery?
Yes — the full cannabis menu is online with live inventory, and you order direct from us rather than through a marketplace listing, so there is no third-party service fee on top. Address coverage is reconfirmed at checkout. Hemp and CBD products are browsed online but picked up in store; we do not ship them.
Do you serve medical cannabis patients?
Yes. Patients 18+ with a valid California recommendation get the medical pricing tier, which is exempt from the 15% cannabis excise tax and the 7.25% state sales tax, and allows up to 8 oz of flower per day versus 1 oz for adult use. If you do not have a recommendation yet, we point patients to a $39 online evaluation.
